  • Manas Kumar

    Executive Comments Editor

    Manas graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in December 2018. Hailing from Oak Brook, Illinois, he graduated from the University of Michigan in December 2015 with a B.A. in Psychology. Manas interned at the Environmental Protection Agency in the summer of 2017 and at the Department of Justice’s Tax Division in the Summer of 2018. Manas now works at Lowenstein Sander LLP’s Investment Management Group in New York.

  • Jackson Colton

    Executive Notes Editor

    During law school, Jackson served as the Executive Notes Editor for Volume 8 of the Michigan Business and Entrepreneurial Law Review.  He also was a member of the Consumer Advocacy and Financial Regulation Organization. Originally from the state of Minnesota, Jackson graduated, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2016, receiving his BA in Economics and Psychology. Following graduation from law school, Jackson plans to practice law in Chicago, IL.

  • Ethan Munsill

    Executive Articles Editor

    Originally from Sacramento, CA, Ethan Munsill graduated from University of Dallas with a B.A. in English. Ethan interned at the Community and Economic Development Clinic at University of Michigan Law School in the summer of 2017 and at Essex Property Trust, a West Coast real estate investment trust, in the summer of 2018. After graduation, Ethan will be starting as an associate in the real estate practice group of Sidley Austin LLP’s Chicago office.

  • Sari Rosenfeld

    Executive Production Editor

    Sari spent her undergrad  years at the University of Michigan. Despite her desire to flock back to New York, she couldn’t resist Michigan Law’s incredible campus. In addition to serving as MBELR’s Executive Production Editor, Sari was the president of the Jewish Law Students Association during her time at MLaw.  As a summer starter, Sari had the privilege of finishing early in December 2018. She will finally move back to the Big Apple to start practicing corporate law at Fried Frank in September 2019.

  • Garrett T. Fox

    Editor-in-Chief

    Garrett graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in December 2018. Originally from Galion, Ohio, Garrett graduated from the University of Chicago, Phi Beta Kappa, with a B.A. in Philosophy in March 2015. In the summer of 2017, Garrett worked as a Summer Associate at Miller Shakman & Beem in Chicago. After that, in the summer of 2018, he worked as a Summer Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP also in Chicago. Garrett now serves as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Chad A. Readler of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois.

  • Marques Winick

    Managing Editor

    Marques graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2019, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review. While at Michigan, he was also the president of the Sports Law Society and a Senior Judge for the Legal Practice program. He spent a summer working for the United States Tennis Association in Orlando, Florida, and he also served as a law clerk for the University of Michigan Office of the Vice President and General Counsel during his 2L year.

    Marques graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Case Western Reserve University in 2016. He earned a B.A. in English, and he was also on the varsity baseball team. He is currently working as an associate for Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago.
