  • Megan Richardson

    Executive Comments Editor

    Megan graduated from the University of Michigan’s School of Literature, Science and the Arts with a B.A. in History in 2008. After earning her undergraduate degree, Megan moved to Washington, D.C. where she worked primarily for the United States Senate. Megan returned to Ann Arbor to earn her J.D. at Michigan Law School where she has spent an extensive amount of time with the Michigan Innocence Clinic. Megan spent the summer of 2015 with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York City. She looks forward to joining Weil’s Securities Litigation and Corporate Governance practice group upon graduation.

    Megan graduated from Purdue University in 2013 with a B.A. in Political Science and Law and Society and a minor in Economics. During the summer of 2014 Megan interned for Honorable Julian Abele Cook, Jr. in the United Stated District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Megan spent the summer of 2015 as a summer associate at Latham & Watkins in Chicago and will return full-time after graduation.

  • Katherine O’Koniewski

    Katherine graduated from Northwestern University in 2009 with a B.A. in Communications Studies and Business Institutions. She worked in politics at the state and federal levels in Washington, DC and Boston for four years prior to entering Michigan Law. In 2014, she interned in the Insurance and Unemployment Fraud Division at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. In 2015, she was a Summer Associate in the Corporate Department at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York City. Katherine is a joint degree student with the Ross School of Business, where she is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a corporate strategy and accounting concentration.

  • Nicholas Marcus

    Nick graduated from the University of Michigan in 2013 with a BA in both Economics and Political Science.  In 2014 he spent the summer interning at the Third Judicial Circuit Court of Michigan.  During the following summer, Nick worked at the Metro-Detroit law firm Giarmarco, Mullins, and Horton.

  • Melanie Gertz

    Melanie graduated from American University in 2013 with a BA in Communication, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government and a minor in French.  In the summer of 2014, Melanie was a legal intern at Workday in Pleasanton, California.  Melanie spent the summer of 2015 as a summer associate at the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and will return there after graduation.

  • Yusuf Salloum

    Yusuf graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011. He worked for two years for a financial and economic consulting firm in Washington, DC. In 2014, he interned in the General Counsel’s Office of General Dynamics Land Systems in Sterling Heights, Michigan. In 2015, he interned as a Summer Associate in the Corporate and Tax Practice Groups of Vinson & Elkins LLP in Houston, Texas.

  • Laki Triantafylidis

    Technology Chair

    Laki graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2011 with a BS in Finance.  He worked as part of Pitney Bowes’ leadership development program in Danbury, CT for two years. In 2014, he interned at the United States Attorney’s Office in New Haven, CT.  In 2015, he spent the summer as a summer associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in Boston, MA.
