  • Christopher Sesi

    Technology Chair

    Chris graduated from Wayne State University in 2011 with a BA in Economics and is currently a joint degree student pursuing a Masters in Computer Science and Information Systems, in addition to his JD. He co-founded GeekTownUSA.com, a web development and marketing firm in 2009. In summer of 2013, he interned with the Jeep marketing team at Fiat Chrysler. In winter of 2014, he was a student attorney in the Michigan Law Entrepreneurship clinic. In summer of 2014, he was a summer associate at Brooks Kushman. In summer of 2015, he will be a summer associate at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter, & Hampton and returning back to Brooks Kushman for part of the summer.

  • David Rood

    Executive Production Editor

    David graduated from the University of Michigan in 2012 with a BSE in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.  He has lived and worked in South Korea and Brazil.  In 2013, he interned for Judge George Caram Steeh in the District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  In 2014, he was a summer associate at Harness, Dickey & Pierce, and will be continuing his work in patent law full-time at Foley & Lardner in Detroit.

    Marcy graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in History. In 2013, she interned in the chambers of the Honorable George Wu in the Central District of California. In 2014, she was a summer associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York City.

  • Kyle Gaughan

    Kyle graduated from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a BA in Political Science and History. He spent this past summer working for the legal department at Ferrara Candy Company with a primary focus on corporate transactional matters. He is currently working with the Law School’s Transactional Lab.

  • Truan Savage

    Truan is from New York City. He graduated from Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music in 2009 with a BA in Politics and a B.Mus in Trumpet Performance, and spent time prior to law school performing and recording professionally in addition to working full time. In 2013 he was a summer associate at Davis & Gilbert LLP and in 2014 at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. He is currently a member of the Entrepreneurship Clinic.

  • Hugh Manahan

    Hugh graduated from Georgetown University in 2009 with a BA in Government.  He worked as a management consultant for three years in Washington, DC.  In 2013, he interned in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC.  In 2014, he was a Summer Associate in the Corporate Department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLC in New York City.  Hugh is a joint degree student with the Ross School of Business, where he is pursuing an Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an accounting and finance concentration.

  • Alyssa McAnney

    Alyssa graduated from Cornell University in 2012 with a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations and a minor in Law and Society.  In the summer of 2013, Alyssa was a summer associate in the Pittsburgh office of K&L Gates and a legal intern for Judge Hardiman of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  Alyssa spent the summer of 2014 as a summer associate at the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.  After graduation, Alyssa will join Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City as a corporate associate.
